PREPOSITION

I think the ‘unstable era’　does exist. It’s not only referring to my mental health, but also my appearance, thinking, fashion, makeup, possibly my income, work, and general life. It might be more accurate to say ‘indeterminate’ rather than ‘unstable’. Its timing and duration will be different depending on each person. When I had a photo shoot with her for the first time, I felt that she was in the middle of that era too. Just my personal impression. From then on, as I continue to have a photo shoot, the indeterminate and unstable elements are gradually getting faded, and the outline seems to get clearer. I am such a contrarian. I want to blur the outline again.

不安定な年代ってあるように思う。メンタルだけを指してるわけじゃなく、見た目や思考、ファッション、メイク、ひょっとしたら収入や仕事・生活全般が不安定。不安定というより未確定といった方が正確かもしれない。人によってそのタイミングは違うだろうし、期間も異なることだろう。初めて彼女を撮ったとき、彼女もまたその真っ只中にあると思った。あくまで勝手な印象。そこから撮影を重ねていくうちに少しずつ未確定で不安定な要素が薄らいでいき、輪郭がクリアになっていったように見える。天の邪鬼な僕は、もう一度輪その郭をぼかしたくなる。
